These terms are the agreement between you and illi, inc. ("illi", "we", "us") for use of this website and the illi beta. By using this site or taking part in the beta, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
These terms cover getilli.com and participation in the illi beta. illi is not yet generally available. When it is, separate terms will govern use of the app, and you will be able to read them before you use it.
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist or take part in the beta. You must also be legally able to enter this agreement and not barred from doing so under any applicable law.
Submitting your email address is a request, not a guarantee. We decide who receives an invitation and how many we send, and we may close the waitlist or end the beta at any time. Give an address you actually control, and do not submit anyone else's.
The beta is distributed through Apple TestFlight and is pre-release, unfinished software. Features may change or be removed, data may be reset without notice, and interruptions are expected. Do not rely on it to store anything you cannot afford to lose. Access is personal to you and may be withdrawn at any time.
The beta is confidential and pre-release. If we give you access, you agree not to publish screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of it, not to write about its features publicly, and not to share your access with anyone else, until we announce it publicly or tell you otherwise.
Feedback you send us is welcome, and we may use it freely without obligation to you.

The illi name, logo, this website, and the beta software are owned by illi, inc. and protected by intellectual property law. These terms give you no licence to them beyond using them as intended. Nothing on this website or in the beta grants you any right in our intellectual property, and nothing published here is a waiver of any right we hold, whether registered or pending.
Our privacy policy explains what we collect through this website and the waitlist, which is your email address and nothing more.
You may stop using this website at any time, and you can ask us to remove your address from the waitlist by writing to contact@getilli.com. We may withdraw beta access or restrict use of this website if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we simply end the beta. Sections 5, 7, 10, and 11 survive.
This website and the beta are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, illi, inc. and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or the beta.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The beta is distributed through Apple. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no responsibility for the beta or its content. Your use of TestFlight is also subject to Apple's own terms.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use this website or the beta after that means you accept the new terms.
